Forest (they/them) is a queer gender expansive 1.5 generation Tawainese-American. A Yang Earth Dragon shapeshifter, kinesthetic artist and facilitator of healing, cross pollinator of multiple movement and community spaces directed towards social change and collective healing. Their current callings span from BaZi Chinese Astrology for understanding our human nature and the way we follow our destinies, kinesthetic storytelling + ancestral healing through ritual performance, energy + body work via Eastern Ashiatsu, organizing and building cultures of care and belonging within queer Asian diaspora spaces.

Laura Rebeccca Sanchez, MSN, RN, NP-C, MIM
Laura Rebecca Sanchez is an energy medicine practitioner & trauma-informed nurse practitioner. After burning out from nursing, she found solace in energy medicine, uncovered her innate intuitive gifts, and transformed her life through self-healing. Now, she is dedicated to supporting others in holistic healing that addresses the root causes of physical, mental, and emotional imbalances. Laura’s mission is to help heart-centered individuals achieve sovereignty & empowerment, inner peace, and personal fulfillment. She is a graduate of UC Berkeley, UC San Francisco, and, most recently, the Academy of Intuition Medicine®. Laura integrates her extensive education and experiences in Western medicine, energy medicine, and modern-day mysticism into her writings, workshops, and one-on-one client sessions.

Irene Alcantar

As a highly trained massage therapist and certified pre-paramedic responder, Irene specialized in scar tissue remediation with a unique application of advanced blading techniques. No one else performs this technique in quite the same way, with each session precisely tailored to restore mobility, alleviate discomfort, and promote circulation. Her treatment approach draws from a robust foundation in anatomy and physiology, informed by over 1500 hours of specialized massage therapy training, and Associate of Science degree with honors from Monterey Peninsula College, and certifications in Graston Technique and Rock Blade's four-tier system. With these modalities, Irene provides a therapeutic experience focused on breaking down restrictive scar tissue while enhancing flexibility and supporting the body's natural healing processes. Her training as a pre-paramedic responder, combined with BLS certification, ensures her practice prioritizes health and safety. Driven by a dedication to client well-being, she works to empower individuals to achieve improved mobility, reduced pain, and an enhanced quality of life.

Victoria Collins, MIM

Victoria balances her warrior spirit with a boundless heart. She knows that true strength and power is conveyed through tenderness and kindness and offers that energy into her work and relations. She believes that everyone is a healer, that we are all our own heroes, and that her calling is to support others in that realization. She focuses on aligning and strengthening the body, heart, mind, and spirit so that each individual can realize their full-self and operate from a space of embodied, loving presence. She is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and utilizes her own experience of rehabilitation from injuries to assist her clients who come to her for bodywork and training. She is attuned to Reiki, is a graduate of the Academy of Intuition Medicine®, and offers Source Code Activation healings and Oracle readings for 1:1 energy healing sessions as well as a free monthly sound bath meditation and gratitude journaling community event. In addition, she has spent the last two years in the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield and will be completing the program in January 2025.
